Before You Create Your 2025 Goals…

Welcome to 2025, my friend.

2024 is over but I beg of you –
Do NOT arbitrarily claim a word for this year,
choose any resolutions, or create 2025 goals
UNTIL you review this past year.

After the flurry of gifts, parties, cookies, and end-of-year demands, it’s tempting to hit the ground running without considering what you actually want from this new year.

I created this guide to help you identify and internalize lessons from last year so you can take with you what you need into this year.

If you haven’t done any kind of annual review yet, just do it. It’ll only take an hour, but the impact on your holistic leadership are powerful!

Not sure how to do it well? I recommend you complete it one of three ways:

1️⃣ INDIVIDUALLY: Get away to a quiet place that inspires you and gives you space to process. That’s my preferred way!

2️⃣ IN COMMUNITY: I gathered online with a few women and met 1:1 with a client to go through the review together. Both sessions brought incredible results. You can also meet with your therapist, mentor, or coach to guide you through a structured process.

3️⃣ IN PARTNERSHIP: Brian and I went on a date to complete the review together. There’s nothing like walking into the new year connected and aligned with your partner.

If you’d like even more guidance through this process, watch the live working session I hosted earlier this week.

Start 2025 from a place of centered strength when you Reflect, Recalibrate, & Rise! That’s how you’ll get even more Centered Success this year.
