You didn't get to this level by playing small.

The problem isn't ambition. It's that no one designed leadership development for a leader like you.

Lead Whole: A 6-month private coaching journey for high-capacity leaders who are done leading everyone else and finally ready to lead themselves.

You’re the person everyone else brings their hardest problems to. And you handle them. Every time.

But Sunday nights feel heavier than they used to. You lie awake running through the list of what didn’t get done, who you let down, what you said that landed wrong. You wake up already behind.

You’ve read the books. Done the training. You can articulate what good leadership looks like. And yet, you feel like you’re managing your life instead of living it.

You said yes to something last week you didn’t have the bandwidth for, because saying no felt worse.

Your body is telling you something. You’re not sure you have the time to listen.

You're exceptional at your work. You're not sure you're okay.

What nobody names about high-capacity leaders is the system was never designed with you in mind.

The leadership models you were handed were built for a different era, a different body, a different way of life. They assumed you had someone at home managing everything else. They assumed your authority would be read the same way in every room. They assumed your energy was infinite and your ambition was the only thing that needed tending.

So you adapted. You learned to lead within a framework that costs you more to operate than it costs the person beside you. You got exceptional at it.

And the price of that exceptionalism is this: you are always on. There is no clean line between work and the rest of your life, because the rest of your life has been quietly absorbing the overflow for years. Your family gets the version of you that’s left after the meetings, the decisions, the emotional labor of holding everyone else together. You are present everywhere and fully nowhere.

This isn’t a discipline problem. It isn’t a time management problem. It isn’t even a burnout problem, not exactly.

It’s a design problem. You’ve been running a high-performance life on infrastructure that was never built for it.

And no amount of optimization fixes a foundation issue.

Most leadership development asks you to perform better at work. Add a skill. Sharpen a strategy. Hit a new metric.

Lead Whole starts somewhere different.

It starts with your body. Your capacity. The way you actually move through a day, before you ever walk into a room and lead someone else.

Because here’s what six months inside this work reveals: you didn’t just have a leadership problem. You had a wholeness problem. And the moment you start solving for that, everything changes. How you make decisions. How you hold conflict. How you show up at home on a Thursday night after a hard week. What you’re willing to tolerate, and what you’re finally ready to let go.

Clients come in to become better leaders. They leave having rebuilt the relationship with themselves they didn’t realize they’d lost.

The organization that sponsors your enrollment gets a sharper, more effective, higher-capacity leader. You get your life back. And the leaders around you feel the difference. Real influence multiplies when the person at the center is whole.

You get both in six months. You were never meant to choose between your ambition and your soul. Lead Whole is built on that refusal.

That's not a side effect. That's the design.

THE LEAD WHOLE FRAMEWORK

Lead Whole is a six-part framework built on one premise: you cannot lead others well from a body and a life that you’re powering through on willpower alone.

Most leadership development starts with strategy. With vision. With the external markers of high performance.

Lead Whole starts with physical. On purpose.

Not because your fitness matters more than your leadership skills. Because your body is the first thing that absorbs the cost of an unsustainable system, and the last thing anyone asks you to pay attention to. It is the earliest warning system you have, and most high-capacity leaders have learned to override it so effectively they’ve stopped hearing it altogether.

When you start there, everything that comes after — emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and renewal — lands differently. You’re not adding insight to an exhausted system. You’re building capacity first, then building on top of it.

The six dimensions work in sequence because that sequence is the catalyst. Fix the foundation, and the floors above it hold.

Physical · Emotional · Mental · Relational · Spiritual · Renewal

YOUR PERSONALIZED PATH STARTS HERE

Before you start your training, you take the Lead Whole Assessment.

120 questions across all six dimensions. It tells you exactly where you are, and it prescribes your path. Score low in Physical? You go deep that month. Score high in Relational? You move through it efficiently. You don’t sit through content you don’t need. You work on what your life is actually asking for right now.

This isn't a curriculum. It's a personalized pathway, recalibrated to you.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE SIX MONTHS

The leaders who come into this work are already exceptional. What they find on the other side surprises even them.

APRIL DIAZ

April Diaz has spent 25 years in leadership and human development. She has coached over 1,000 leaders across industries — from C-suite executives and professional athletes to Olympians and senior managers navigating the most demanding seasons of their careers.

She is a certified executive coach, a member of ICF, founder and CEO of Ezer & Co., and the creator of the Lead Whole Framework and proprietary Assessment. Her work has reached tens of thousands of leaders across three continents.

She built Lead Whole because she kept watching high-capacity leaders blow out their lives on the altar of their ambitions. Leaders who were exceptional at their work and quietly paying a price nobody was talking about.

She knows what it costs to lead at this level. She built a methodology that doesn’t ask you to choose between your leadership and your life.

This is that work.

Is your organization investing in your leadership development?

Many directors and senior managers have access to professional development budgets that cover this enrollment entirely. Ask your HR leader or direct manager before you pay out of pocket. We make rolling starts easy; your organization can sponsor your enrollment any month of the year.

“If I didn’t go through this journey, I’d still be wishing my goal would be my current reality. I’m so proud of myself. I actually did the steps.”

— Betsy Marvin

There is no launch window. No cohort that fills and closes. You start on the first of any month, whenever you want.

What we have found, consistently, is that the leaders who say “I’ll start when things settle down” are still waiting two years later. Things don’t settle down. You build the capacity to move through them differently.

The best time to start is when you decide you’re worth the investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

It rarely feels like the right time for a high-capacity leader. The question worth asking is: what is it costing you to keep operating the way you’re operating right now? Not only financially — in energy, in relationships, in the version of yourself you’re bringing to the people who matter most. That cost doesn’t pause while you wait for a better season.

Lead Whole was built for this exact struggle. No live sessions to attend, no fixed times, no cohort to keep pace with. You watch training content on your schedule. Your monthly 1:1 with April is one hour. The Assessment tells you exactly where to focus so you’re not wasting time on content you don’t need. This is the most efficient leadership development you will find at this level.

Many clients assumed the same thing before they asked. Directors and senior managers sit in the most funded tier of corporate leadership development. We provide everything your HR team needs to process the investment. Ask before you decide for them.

That’s exactly what the Lead Whole Assessment is for. You don’t need to arrive with a goal. You need to arrive. The Assessment does the diagnostic work and prescribes your path. April does the rest.

We offer two and three payment plans. The pay-in-full rate includes a 10% discount. We’ll find the structure that works for you.

Yes. Two options are available.

  • Double your access. Move from one to two 1:1 coaching calls per month for the full six months, for an additional $2,500 total. This is the option for leaders navigating a significant transition, a high-stakes season, or who want closer contact with April throughout the process. Sessions are booked through the same scheduler as your included call. Add it at enrollment.
  • Single add-on sessions. Book an additional session in any month you need it at $500 per session, invoiced separately. No commitment required. Available at any point during your six months.

Clients who want to continue have two options: an exclusive alumni Mastermind Group — a 12-month peer community for leaders who want to go deeper — or ongoing private coaching. Neither is a requirement. Both are available.

Yes. The Awareness to Action Retreat is a separate two-day leadership experience that coaching clients can add at enrollment. It is not included in the six-month coaching investment, and it is not required. It is available if you want a live, immersive complement to your coaching work.

YOU'VE BEEN LEADING EVERYONE ELSE.

Six months to lead yourself.
