I’ve never said this publicly before.
My dream is for Ezer & Co. to be an eight-figure company.
Why? Because if leaders don’t learn to lead themselves first, the future of leadership is just more of what we already have. And we can all see how that’s going.
That’s the truth, and it’s terrifying to say out loud to you.
I’ve had a little Ezer birthday hangover since last month. All month we celebrated 7 years as a business and launched the Lead Whole: 90-Day Accelerator.
But I began the month giving the closing keynote at the LA GovTech conference delivering The Stress Advantage: How to Break the Burnout Cycle and Thrive in a Demanding World.

Over 50 leaders took The Whole Leader Snapshot on-site. (If you haven’t taken it yet, now is a good time!)
Their honest results confirmed what I already know: leaders are hungry for this work. Starving, actually.
Coming home from that conference reminded me: holistic leadership matters right now more than it ever has. For female leaders. Leaders of color. People who are discouraged, disheartened, heartbroken at what’s happening these days in our communities and to our neighbors. They need this. WE need this.
That’s why I can’t keep the eight-figure dream to myself anymore.
Hiding isn’t humility. It’s playing small. And I preach against that for a living.
Maybe you have a dream you’ve been afraid to say out loud too.
Fear loses its grip the moment you NAME the thing. Voicing your dream is bold and vulnerable.
I went first. Now it’s your turn.
