Policies & Payment Terms

At Ezer & Co., our priority is creating transformational experiences and meaningful relationships, not transactions. If something feels misaligned, we invite you to reach out so we can explore options together. This page summarizes how refunds, credits, fees, and cancellations work across our offerings.

Each offering is governed by the specific policy for that offering below, together with the terms of your signed agreement. Where a specific policy or signed agreement differs from the General Cancellation & Refund Policy, the specific policy or agreement controls.

General Cancellation & Refund Policy

This General policy sets the default terms for fixed-date engagements such as speaking, trainings, consultations, and retreats. Coaching and Mastermind programs and digital resources are governed by their own sections below, which control where they differ.

Cancellation by Client:

  • 90 days or more before the engagement date: Client forfeits the first payment.
  • Fewer than 90 days before the engagement date: Client forfeits the first payment and shall pay an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total engagement fee.

Cancellation by Ezer & Co.: If Ezer & Co. cancels the engagement, Client will receive a refund of amounts paid to Ezer & Co. or the option to transfer to a future date. Ezer & Co. is not responsible for third-party costs such as travel or lodging.

Coaching & Mastermind Policy

This section applies to: 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and Mastermind programs delivered by Ezer & Co. These programs are governed by this section rather than the General Cancellation & Refund Policy above.

  • Upon signing the Coaching Services Agreement or Mastermind Agreement, the Client is responsible for the full investment, whether paid in full or via payment plan.
  • All deposits and initial payments that secure a coaching or Mastermind spot are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any refunds or credits are discretionary, may require proof of participation and completed work, and are evaluated case-by-case in alignment with Ezer & Co.’s published refund policy.
  • Unless a different timeframe is stated in a specific offer, no refunds are available after 50% of the program term has elapsed (for example, after the end of the third month of a 6-month program).
  • If you are on a payment plan and do not qualify for or receive a refund within the permitted window, you remain obligated to complete all remaining payments under your Agreement.

For clarity, failure to attend sessions, engage in community spaces, or implement recommended actions does not, by itself, qualify a Client for a refund.

Retreat & Training Policy

This section applies to: the Awareness to Action Retreat and other multi-day or in-person retreats. Leadership trainings, consultations, and live intensives are governed by the Speaking, Training, & Consulting Policy below.

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (amount specified in the event registration) may be required to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due by the deadline stated at registration; missed deadlines may result in loss of your spot without refund of amounts already paid.
  • Standard participant cancellation windows (unless otherwise stated in event-specific terms):
    • 60+ days before the start date: amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refundable or converted to a one-time credit toward a future retreat, at Ezer & Co.’s discretion.
    • 30–59 days before the start date: up to 50% of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refunded or credited, at Ezer & Co.’s discretion; the remaining amount is forfeited.
    • Fewer than 30 days before the start date or “no-show”: no refunds or credits are available, and all amounts paid are forfeited.

Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment (airfare, lodging, transportation) in case of illness, emergency, or travel disruption.

If Ezer & Co. must cancel or materially reschedule a retreat, Clients will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Ezer & Co. for registration or the option to transfer to a future date; Ezer & Co. is not responsible for third-party travel costs.

Digital Resources Policy

This section applies to: pre-recorded digital workshops, downloadable resources, assessments, and any other digital-only resources. Live workshops are governed by the Speaking, Training, & Consulting Policy below.

  • Because digital workshops, downloads, and assessments provide immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • In limited circumstances where a technical issue prevents access, Ezer & Co. will work with the Client to restore access or, if that is not possible, may offer a replacement workshop or time-limited credit, at the Ezer & Co.’s discretion.
  • Any “satisfaction guarantee” or bonus access offered with a specific workshop will be clearly described on the sales page and controls in the event of a conflict with this general policy.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use digital workshops for their own learning only; sharing, reselling, or repurposing Ezer & Co. materials is not allowed without written permission.

Speaking, Training, & Consulting Policy

Applies to: keynotes, live trainings, live workshops, consultations, and intensive events (other than multi-day retreats).

Speaking engagements, keynotes, trainings, workshops, consultations, and intensives are governed by the deposit, cancellation, and force majeure terms in the Speaking Services Agreement, even when sold as a fixed-date event to multiple participants.

Late & Credit Card Payment Fees

The Client is responsible for all late payment fees on their account. Saving a credit card on file helps prevent late payments, and by doing so, the Client authorizes Ezer & Co. to charge the saved method for any overdue amounts.

A credit card processing fee will be added to credit card payments; this fee can be avoided by paying via check or direct deposit.

Accounts unpaid 30 days past the invoice due date will incur a finance charge of 2% per month (24% APR) on the overdue balance, assessed every 30 days thereafter until paid.

Ezer & Co. may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate services for overdue payments, and unpaid invoices will prevent participation in the Client’s program or engagement.

Invoices 120 days or more past due may be referred to small claims court for collection in accordance with the applicable signed Agreement and California law.
