Hey,
I often talk about leadership this way:
Leaders take people to places they may not want to go…
but desperately need to go.
Lately, this has felt ever truer.
In our country.
In our workplaces.
In our own hearts.
This month is Pride. This week is Juneteenth.
Both are important reminders to celebrate lives and elevate voices that have long been harmed, ignored, and excluded.
As a leader, I want to be someone who opens her arms wide—
inviting others into the fullest, truest versions of themselves.
Creating space for transformation, not just for some, but for all.
At Ezer & Co., one of our core commitments is this:
In our work to develop leaders holistically, we’re also healing injustice and inequity in our homes, workplaces, and systems.
It’s holistic—for real real. 😉
This kind of leadership can come at a cost.
But it’s worth it. All day, every day.
Because leadership is not only about what we achieve.
It’s about who we’re becoming—and how we help others rise too.
