Remember Summer ’26 for…

Summer is almost gone. I hate it but shout out to my PSL friends.

Before it slips into fall and the calendar inevitably flips, sit with two questions.

How do you want to remember this summer?

And who do you want to be walking into the last stretch of the year?

If you don’t deliberately stop to ask, you won’t see what’s actually driving you. And it’ll cost you.

Researchers at Harvard studied people who spent 15 minutes at the end of the day reflecting on what they were learning. They performed 23% better than the ones who kept their heads down and powered through. 🤯

Same work. Same hours. One group paused to look and pulled ahead.

Reflection is not wasteful. It is a competitive edge that most leaders are “too busy” to practice.

Consider this your permission to pause.

Not for the rest of the summer. For a couple of honest minutes.

The FREE Whole Leader Check-in is the fastest way I know to see where you actually stand before you jump into the fall. Six parts of you. One honest number.

You cannot lead the next season well if you never learned from this one.
