I hope you enjoyed getting re-introduced this last month. As I’ve evolved, so has Ezer & Co., and I’m eager to serve you even better moving forward.
This month, I want explore the most common ways you can get stuck, and the quickest way to get unstuck.
In this current contentious, divisive, and exhausting U.S. election cycle (VOTE!), uncertainty with the future is playing a huge (subconscious?) role in feeling stuck.
We don’t know what’s going to happen, so we don’t do anything. We are anxious and afraid of the future, so we don’t move forward. We are waiting for others to determine an outcome, so we stop taking action.
What’s the best way for you to handle uncertainty?
How? Determine your commitments.
1st: Who are you committed to BE? More aligned, peaceful, action-oriented, rested, present. Not playing small, shrinking back, hiding.
2nd: What will you DO as a result of who you want to be? Schedule times to work your top priorities. Practice Sabbath. Set up time limits on your phone. Invest in myself. Ask for the raise I’ve earned.
3rd: What will you HAVE as a result of doing that work? Less stress. More organized weekly rhythms. Energy for the people you love most. Increased salary.
The truth is that the future is uncertain. You can’t control the future, but that doesn’t have to keep you stuck.
Remember this, when you’re feeling uncertain go back to who you’re committed to BE and what you’re committed DO, then you’ll naturally have aligned results.
You can’t be certain about the future, but you can certainly participate well today.
Tell me what you’re committed to being and doing! I’d love to support you. 🙂
