Cancellation + Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing you with the best coaching experience. Whenever possible, we will work to make the issue right, but when a resolution isn’t possible we will cancel any remaining payments from the coaching group.

Terms + Conditions

  • We want clients to be fully satisfied with their experience, but we also want them to be fully committed and participate in each dimension of the coaching group journey. Whenever possible, we will find a different resolution with the client, including finding a new coach or participating in a future group. 

  • Any refunds are discretionary as determined by Ezer + Co. 

  • Deposits will not be refunded.

  • We will not provide refunds after the third month of the coaching group.

  • In order to qualify for a refund, clients must submit proof that they did the work in the coaching group. The proof includes details of work completed in the coaching group, including but not limited to 6-month goal, progress toward the goal, 1:1 coaching calls engaged, coaching group session participation, action steps completed, and exercises completed.

  • Please note: If clients are paying monthly and do not request a refund within the third month of the coaching group, with the required work at the time of your refund request, clients are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

  • If clients receive a refund of any purchase through this satisfaction guarantee, that will immediately terminate any and all access granted to use the material provided to you under their signed Agreement and Ezer + Co.’s Terms + Conditions. Client must immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, downloads, slide shows, membership areas limited to paying members, and any other resources.

We want clients to be fully satisfied with their experience, but we also want them to be fully committed and participate in the workshop experience. Whenever possible, we will find a different resolution with the client, including participating in a different workshop.

Terms + Conditions

  • Money-Back Guarantee. If a client is unsatisfied with the workshop experience and does not want to try another workshop option, we will refund your payment.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, clients must submit proof that they did the work in the workshop. The proof includes details of work completed in the workshop.

  • If clients receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that will immediately terminate any and all access granted to use the material provided. The client must immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, downloads, slide shows, membership areas limited to paying members, and any resources.

We want clients to be fully satisfied with their experience, but we also want them to be fully committed and participate in the membership community. Whenever possible, we will find a different resolution with the client. Customers can cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be given.
