Your #1 Growth Catalyst

One of the most effective catalysts to growth is pain. “Yay!” said no one ever. Pain provides the disruption to relook at your life and leadership, change course as necessary, and clarify your commitments.

It opens up opportunity to grow. Without pain, we settle into the status quo and likely won’t grow much.

But what’s also true is that pain does NOT automatically produce growth. You have to opt-in. Do it on purpose. Choose growth.

My last 18 months have included a lot of pain, and this phrase has been a sort of mantra for me…

I’m committed not to waste my pain, but instead grow through it. Ezer & Co. has grown, too.

Next month I’m re-introducing you to Ezer & Co. and me. I’m clearer than ever on my best contribution to this world. I’ve shifted our focus and vision.

So, I’m taking you behind the scenes with a new 4-part series. It will help you know how I can support and serve you best moving forward.

If you’re looking for your next growth edge, there are still spots at the Awareness to Action Retreat in Southwest Michigan (November 6-8, female leaders only). Interested? I’d love to connect.

Questions? I’m happy to hop on a call and answer your questions.
