I’m passionate about leadership development and helping you discover who you are created to be and bring value wherever you are. I’m a team building, strategic leader who loves to learn. For 25 years I’ve worked in the same church in a variety of pastoral and executive roles. I believe your desired growth is best done in community. I love books, traveling, summer camp, and a long solid chat over a great cup of coffee. My husband, Bill and I live in Grand Rapids, MI, have two adult kids – all together is my happy place.
Hola amiga! I’m an expert at steering diverse organizations toward growth through developing systems and strategies after 20+ years of teaching and nonprofit leadership development. I bring my pragmatic approach, foresight, and adept problem-solving skills both in coaching and my full-time job on the executive team at a national non-profit for urban leadership. I’m a book and information hoarder. I live in L.A. County with my husband and two cats. Most weekends you’ll find us exploring new restaurants and garden trails.
For 20+ years, I’ve served in various nonprofit and Christian leadership roles. I’ll complete a big goal in 2025: PhD in Innovative Urban Leadership from Bakke Graduate University with a focus on the leadership experience of women leaders in grassroots economic empowerment programs in a decentralized global mission network. My primary spiritual pathway is spending time in nature with frequent pilgrimages to U.S. National Parks. As a bio and international adoptive mom, including one on the autism spectrum, parenting has been about accepting and calling my kids to their fullest potential. I live in the Atlanta area with my “high school sweetheart” husband of 25 years, our three young adult kids, and our aging pets.
I love a long hike on an unfamiliar trail, a trip to a faraway country, a project that stretches my abilities, or a story that expands my perspective. People say that listening is my superpower. I feel great when I’m in problem-solving mode. I’ve been an energy policy wonk, advocate for environmental justice, marketing professional, pastor, and non-profit leader. Listening and storytelling has been at the heart of my work. My husband and I live in the Washington DC area and are the proud parents of three grown daughters.
Liz is a fierce, peace-making warrior, passionate about equity, inclusion, and advocating to create space at the table for all voices to be celebrated. She has spent nearly 20 years in non-profit management, serving marginalized communities, with a tender heart specifically for kiddos impacted by the child welfare system. She recently received her Master of Social Work with an emphasis in mental health and trauma. Her greatest role is being a single mama, raising her three warrior daughters. She lives in Orange County, CA and loves adventuring with her girls, experimenting with new foods (the spicier the better!), running (ideally near the beach!), and doing her best to love people more!
I create a safe, nurturing, and trusting space where your flourishing becomes a top priority. I’m committed to empowering you as you grow in wholeness and make big moves toward achieving your goals. Self-diagnosed with ADHD, my career path has been unique and diverse to say the least. I’ve been a reading teacher, stay-at-home mom, kids’ pastor, entrepreneur, and I’m currently a social media manager. I offer decade-plus of leadership expertise in non-profit management and relish tackling challenges. Spending quality time with my people over a cocktail, a good hike, or a great TV show energizes my soul. I live in Gainesville, FL with my wonderful hubby and our 3 beautiful kiddos!
You’ll experience my motto “Put People First” as your committed listener and guide. I’ve led diverse teams and coached a variety of individuals over the last 20+ years, working in multiple industries (automotive, education, healthcare, public health, real estate, and service/experience design) in corporate and as an entrepreneur. I know what it’s like to hide from your potential and struggle to find belonging. As an artist and lifelong learner, I’m passionate about having a growth and abundance mindset. I’m creative, naturally curious, optimistic, outgoing introvert, and solution-focused. I live in Los Angeles County, CA with friends and love making art, traveling the world, experimenting with foods from different cultures, and giving back to the community.
