It’s not an accident

Sometimes I hate that we’re all about wholeness. 😏 Somedays I wish I was building a company centered on how to have better oral hygiene or making earth friendly light bulbs. Maybe I should go back to my childhood dream of owning a hair salon called “If Looks Could Kill”. 💇🏽‍♀️

Don’t get me wrong! I don’t actually hate our mission to lead people toward their whole self and fulfill their God-given potential, but it’s hard work.

I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed but you don’t accidentally become the person you were created to be. Accidentally achieving big dreams and goals does not happen.

Without thoughtful reflection and deliberate action, you’ll never become or do what you were made for. The end of the year creates a natural, meaningful marker to look back, look within, and look ahead with the kind of self-awareness and attention your life deserves.

One of the most valuable parts of our 2023 Year in Review is connecting the dots of your story. Without reflection, your life can feel like a random collection of disconnected, lucky, unfortunate, accidental, mistaken, untethered, or entitled circumstances (among other things). Reflection anchors and connects your experiences into your whole story.

As we finish this year, don’t ignore your pain, grief, discomfort, aches, and longings. They’re revealing your next transformation journey. More wholeness is waiting for you as you embrace the shadow side of life.

You can download our fourth annual Year in Review now. It’s my gift to you this season, and I would LOVE hearing what comes up for you when you complete it. 🧡

May these last couple weeks of 2023 anchor you more deeply into your whole self and give you vision for what’s next.
